Shawn, thanks for the mention here at The Broom Wizards.

You've got a great team representing Harper Brush.

I loved the idea of holding a stand up sales interview as you walk a client out to the your van.

It doesn't matter where you listen to your customer, just that you DO listen to your customer.

It is so crucial that the customer define what relevance looks like.
